The Blue Bee Cottage, a beautiful historic home built in 1952, greets you with Classic Southern charm & modern amenities. Located between the Savannah Riverwalk (7-8 min drive) /Historic District/Midtown, perfect for your Savannah adventures. Enjoy our modern fully equipped kitchen, smart TV’s, WiFi, large dining room, washer/dryer, adjacent parking pad or street parking choice. Our charming 3 bedroom cottage sleeps 6 guests very comfortably. Enjoy our comfy private patio or relax on our porch while sipping tea in our rocking chairs.
The Space
Our beloved Blue Bee Cottage is filled with classic Southern charm, modern amenities, and is situated perfectly for adventures – whether you like history, getting outdoors, enjoying the best food and drinks, or simply soaking up sunlight filtering through Spanish moss from a sidewalk cafe, our home is your home base for seeing and doing it all!
Approaching its 100th birthday, the Blue Bee Cottage has been lovingly restored to maintain the feeling of living in an historic home – with all the comforts of the modern world. The kitchen is equipped for cooking, the bathroom has been modernized with reproductions of classic fixtures, and the bedrooms feature decorative (once functional) fireplaces, high quality beds and linens, ceiling fans and airy decor that brings the feeling of Savannah’s perpetual summer indoors – without the heat! Central AC keeps you cool between activities.
The Blue Bee comfortably sleeps 6 guests: three bedrooms (named Bee Kind, Bee Brave, and Bee Humble) offer two Queen beds and a Twin + Trundle combo, optional sleeper sofa. Plenty of room to share meals in the dining room. The washer and dryer are available to you, as is, adjacent parking single vehicle pad next to back patio, unrestricted (FREE!) street parking except during street cleaning on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10:30am to 1:00pm (you’ll need to be on the other side of the street at those times; follow street signs and you’ll be fine!).

“What an adorable/cozy/comfortable house. It was built in 1925 and it has the history and style of Savannah within its bones. We had a wonderful time staying at the Blue Bee 🐝 House. Everything was exactly as expected and the team gave us wonderful advice and tips for sight seeing in Savannah. The beds were comfortable. Everything was clean and beautifully decorated. I would stay there again- and again. Going Coastal is top notch 10/10!”
